1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router features a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm and comes equipped with a vacuum table and a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle. The vacuum pump efficiently absorbs the mold on the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, note that it may not absorb irregular or uneven molds and 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with large volume productions, significantly enhancing efficiency and saving both time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine's water-cooled spindle power to 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or even higher, per customer request. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and various other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, opt for the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF in one pass, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. Higher power allows for cutting thicker materials more efficiently.
The 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are primarily used for engraving but can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic. However, they require multiple passes to achieve a complete cut.

(3) This machine uses a: water-cooled spindle. We can also produce the machine with an air-cooled spindle. When selecting your machine, please specify the cooling type you need or provide your exact requirements, and our engineers will assist you in choosing the best option.

(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with configurations such as 1 spindle with 2, 3, 4, or 6 heads, or 1 spindle with 1 head, and 2, 3, or 4 spindles.
(5) You might wonder about the meaning of 1 spindle with multiple heads. It means one water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads to enhance engraving and cutting efficiency. Conversely, 12 spindles with 2 heads mean one spindle controls each head, resulting in higher working speed and efficiency but a higher cost compared to the single spindle with multiple heads type.
