1. Wood CNC Router
(1) The working size of this wood CNC router is: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table and a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle. This machine uses a vacuum pump to secure the mold onto the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. Note that it may not effectively secure irregular or uneven molds or 3D embossments. This vacuum table CNC router is ideal for users with large-volume production, significantly enhancing efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindle power options of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or larger, based on customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metals. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, choose the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle, and for cutting 40mm wood or MDF, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle for a single-pass cut. Higher power allows for cutting thicker materials.
The 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are mainly used for engraving but can cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes. These smaller spindles specialize in engraving work.

(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We can also produce the machine with an air-cooled spindle. When selecting your machine, inform us of your cooling power preference or specific requirements, and our engineers will assist you.
(4) This wood CNC router uses Taiwan HIWIN genuine linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and 2, 3, 4, or 6 heads, or multiple spindle configurations.
(5) You may wonder about a single spindle with multiple heads; this setup, with one water/air-cooled spindle controlling several heads, boosts engraving and cutting efficiency. However, a 12-spindle machine with each head controlled by its spindle offers even higher speed and efficiency, though it is more expensive. Therefore, the 12-spindle machine is pricier but delivers superior performance compared to the single spindle controlling multiple heads.
