Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it may not effectively secure irregular or uneven molds like 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is perfect for users with high-volume production needs, significantly enhancing efficiency, and saving both time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We offer customizable spindle power options including 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or larger, all tailored to meet customer requirements. A 3 kW water-cooled spindle can efficiently cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, along with other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm thick wood or MDF, opt for the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle power (suitable for one-pass cutting). Higher power enables cutting thicker wood, MDF, and other materials.
The 1.5 kW / 2.2 kW spindle is primarily used for engraving, though it can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic through multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are generally focused on engraving tasks.
