1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router working size is: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table, equipped with a 3 kW water-cooled spindle power, utilizing a vacuum pump to secure the mold on the table. It's convenient for wood CNC router users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it may not absorb irregular, non-flat molds, or 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high production volumes, enhancing efficiency, and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindle power ranging from 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, based on customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, choose the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, opt for the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle power for a single-pass cut. Higher power allows for cutting thicker wood, MDF, and other materials.
The 1.5 kW / 2.2 kW spindles are mainly used for engraving but can also cut wood and MDF, requiring multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are primarily for engraving work.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine can handle 3D embossments and irregular, non-flat molds.
(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We also offer machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify the type of cooling power needed, or share your exact requirements so our engineers can assist you in choosing the right model.
(4) This wood CNC router uses Taiwan HIWIN's genuine linear guide rail, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6 heads), or with multiple spindles (1 spindle with 1 head, 2 spindles with 2 heads, etc.).
(5) You may wonder about the meaning of 1 spindle with many heads. It indicates that one water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads, improving the efficiency of engraving and cutting. However, a 12 spindle with 2 heads means each spindle controls its own head, offering higher speed and efficiency than a single spindle with many heads, though it is more expensive.
