Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and you’re ready to go. However, it’s worth noting that it may not secure irregular or uneven molds, or 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production needs, significantly enhancing efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We offer customization of the machine's water-cooled spindle power, available in 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or even higher capacities, tailored to meet customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and various other metals and non-metals. For tasks like cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle. If your goal is to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF in a single pass, opt for the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. Higher power allows for cutting thicker wood, MDF, and other materials effortlessly.
While the 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are primarily used for engraving, they can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic, albeit requiring multiple passes to complete the cut. Smaller power spindles are generally used for detailed engraving work.
