1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router has a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table with a 3 kW water cooling spindle power. It utilizes a vacuum pump to secure the mold on the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, switch on the vacuum pump, and begin working. However, note that it cannot secure irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production needs, significantly enhancing efficiency and reducing time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water cooling spindle powers of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or more, tailored to customer requirements. A 3 kW water cooling spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend the 4.5 kW water cooling spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, choose the 5.5 kW water cooling spindle power to cut in one pass. Higher power allows cutting thicker materials.
1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are primarily for engraving but can also cut wood and MDF if multiple passes are used. Smaller power spindles are best for detailed engraving work.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine excels at handling 3D embossments and irregular molds.
(3) This machine’s cooling mode is: water cooling spindle. We can also produce machines with air cooling spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify the type of cooling power you need or provide your exact requirements, and our engineers will assist you in choosing the best option.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can customize wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6 heads), or with combinations like 1 spindle with 1 head, 2 spindles with 2 heads, and so on.
(5) If you’re unsure about 1 spindle with many heads, it means 1 water/air cooling spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing efficiency in engraving and cutting. Conversely, 2 spindles with 2 heads mean each spindle controls one head, resulting in faster and more efficient operation, though more expensive than a single spindle with multiple heads.
