1. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty for the entire machine. The RECI laser tubes come with a 9-month warranty, as do the focus lens and mirrors. Should any part break within the warranty period (excluding human damage), we will replace it free of charge within 2 years.
2. Training: One of our technicians will be assigned to your company for 3 working days at no cost. The customer is responsible for accommodation, food, and air tickets. Alternatively, free training is available at our factory.
