1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router features a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm , equipped with a vacuum table and a 3KW water cooling spindle power, employing a vacuum pump to securely hold the mould on the table. This convenience eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mould on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it does not absorb irregular or out-of-flatness moulds, such as 3D embossment. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with large volume productions, enhancing working efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminium profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water cooling spindle power options of 4.5KW, 5.5KW, 7.5KW, or larger, based on customer requests. A 3KW water cooling spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminium, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, please select a 4.5KW water cooling spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, opt for the 5.5KW water cooling spindle power to achieve a single-pass cut. The higher the power, the thicker the material it can cut.
1.5KW and 2.2KW spindles are mainly for engraving work but can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are primarily used for engraving.
(2) Aluminium profile woodworking machines can handle 3D embossments and irregular, out-of-flatness moulds.
(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water cooling spindle. We can also produce machines with an air cooling spindle. When choosing a machine, please specify the type of cooling power needed or provide your exact requirements so our engineers can assist you in selecting the right option.
(4) This wood CNC router utilizes Taiwan HIWIN genuine brand linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with multiple configurations: 1 spindle with 2 heads, 3 heads, 4 heads, or 6 heads, as well as machines with 1 spindle per head, 2 spindles, or more.
(5) You might wonder about the 1 spindle with multiple heads—this means 1 water/air cooling spindle can control many heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. However, a configuration with multiple spindles controlling individual heads, such as 2 spindles with 2 heads, delivers higher speed and efficiency but is more expensive than a setup with 1 spindle controlling multiple heads. Thus, its working speed and efficiency are higher than those of a 1 spindle controlling multiple heads type of wood CNC router, though its price is higher.
