1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router boasts a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table and a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle. Using a vacuum pump to hold the mold firmly on the table, it offers convenience for users by eliminating the need for additional material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, turn on the vacuum pump, and begin working. However, note that it may not absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production requirements, significantly enhancing working efficiency and saving both time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindles of 4.5kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, or larger, based on customer requests. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, opt for the 4.5kW water-cooled spindle. If you aim to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, choose the 5.5kW water-cooled spindle for single-pass cutting. The larger the power, the thicker the material it can cut.
The 1.5kW/2.2kW spindle is mainly for engraving but can cut wood and MDF with multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are primarily used for detailed engraving work.

(3) This machine features a cooling mode of: water-cooled spindle. We can also produce machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify the type of cooling you need or tell us your exact requirements so our engineers can assist you in making the best choice.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails and TBI ball screws, ensuring high precision and reliability.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6) or with multiple spindles controlling individual heads.
(5) You might wonder about the 1 spindle with multiple heads. This setup means a single water/air-cooled spindle controls many heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. In contrast, 2 spindles with 2 heads mean each spindle controls a head, resulting in faster working speeds and higher efficiency, though at a higher cost compared to a single spindle controlling multiple heads.
