1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This Wood CNC Router boasts an impressive working size of: 1300x2500x200mm and features a vacuum table with a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle. It utilizes a vacuum pump to securely hold the material on the table, providing convenience by eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the material on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. Note that it may not optimally hold irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table Wood CNC Router is ideal for users with large volume production, significantly enhancing efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile routers.
We can customize the machine with spindle powers of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or larger, according to customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave a variety of materials, including wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metals. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, please choose the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle. To cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, select the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle for single-pass cutting. Greater spindle power allows for cutting thicker materials.
The 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are mainly used for engraving but can also cut wood and MDF with multiple passes. These smaller spindles are primarily for detailed engraving work.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine excels in 3D embossments and handling irregular or uneven molds.
(3) The machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We can also produce machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify the type of cooling power required, or share your exact requirements, and our engineers will assist you in making the best choice.
(4) This Wood CNC Router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce Wood CNC Routers with various spindle configurations, including 1 spindle with multiple heads (2, 3, 4, 6 heads), or multiple spindles such as 2 or 3 spindles with matching heads.
(5) If you wonder about a single spindle with multiple heads, it means one water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. Conversely, 12 spindle 2 heads means each spindle controls one head, resulting in higher speed and efficiency but at a higher cost compared to single-spindle, multi-head configurations.
