1. Wood CNC Router

(1) This wood CNC router boasts a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table and a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle. The vacuum pump secures the material on the table, making it exceptionally convenient for wood CNC router users. No need for material holders—simply place the material on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. Note that it’s not suitable for absorbing irregularly shaped or uneven molds, or for 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for high-volume production, boosting efficiency and saving both time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.

We also offer machines with water-cooled spindle power options of 4.5kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, or even higher, tailored to customer requirements. A 3kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend the 4.5kW water-cooled spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, please opt for the 5.5kW water-cooled spindle power for a single pass cut. More power allows for cutting thicker wood, MDF, and other materials.

The 1.5kW and 2.2kW spindles are primarily for engraving but can cut wood and MDF with multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are best suited for detailed engraving tasks.

(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine excels in 3D embossments and irregular, uneven molds.

(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We can also provide machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting your machine, please specify your preferred cooling power type, or share your exact requirements, and our engineers will assist you in the selection.

(4) This wood CNC router features genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can manufacture the wood CNC router with various configurations: 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, 6 heads), or 2 spindles each with their own heads, and so on.

(5) You might wonder about the benefits of 1 spindle with multiple heads. One water/air-cooled spindle can control several heads, enhancing the efficiency of engraving and cutting. However, each spindle controlling its own head (e.g., 2 spindles with 2 heads) offers superior speed and efficiency, albeit at a higher price. This makes it more cost-effective than a single spindle controlling many heads.
