(1) This wood CNC router boasts an impressive working size of: 1300x2500x200mm and features a vacuum table equipped with a powerful 3 kW water cooling spindle. The vacuum pump ensures that molds are securely absorbed onto the table. This convenience eliminates the need for material holders—simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and commence work. However, it's important to note that it struggles with irregular molds or those requiring 3D embossment. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with large-scale production needs, as it significantly enhances working efficiency and saves both time and labor compared to aluminium profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water cooling spindle powers of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or even larger, according to customer requirements. The 3 kW water cooling spindle can efficiently cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend the 4.5 kW water cooling spindle. For cutting: 40mm thickness wood or MDF in one go, choose the 5.5 kW water cooling spindle. The higher the power, the thicker the material it can cut.
Spindles with 1.5kW and 2.2kW are primarily used for engraving but can also cut wood and MDF with multiple passes. Smaller spindles are best suited for detailed engraving work.
