(1) The working size of this wood CNC router is: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table with a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle, utilizing a vacuum pump to securely hold the mold on the table. , providing convenience for users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and begin working. Note that it cannot absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production needs, dramatically improving efficiency by saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindle power options of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or even higher, all tailored to customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metallic and non-metallic materials. If you need to cut 30mm thick wood or MDF, please opt for the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle. , and if you need to cut: 40mm thick wood/MDF, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle (for single-pass cutting). Higher power allows cutting thicker materials more efficiently.
The 1.5 kW/2.2 kW spindle is primarily for engraving but can also cut wood/MDF/acrylic, though it requires multiple passes. Smaller spindles are mainly for detailed engraving tasks.

However, 2 spindles with 2 heads (each spindle controlling one head) have higher speed and efficiency but are more expensive than the 1 spindle with multiple heads configuration. Therefore, its working speed and efficiency are higher than the 1 spindle control many heads, but the price is higher.
