(1) Dimensions and Specifications: The working size of this state-of-the-art wood CNC router is an impressive 1300x2500x200mm, featuring a vacuum table and equipped with a robust 3kW water-cooled spindle power. Utilizing a vacuum pump, this design ensures that molds are securely absorbed onto the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it may not absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. Perfect for users with large production volumes, this vacuum table enhances work efficiency, saving both time and labor compared to an aluminum profile CNC router.
Our machines can be custom-fitted with water-cooled spindle power options of 4.5kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, or larger, based on customer requirements. The standard 3kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving a variety of materials including wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metals. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend a 4.5kW water-cooled spindle power. If your needs involve cutting materials up to 40mm thick in a single pass, choose a 5.5kW spindle. Higher power allows for cutting thicker materials like wood, MDF, and more.
For engraving tasks, 1.5kW or 2.2kW spindles are ideal. Although they can cut wood, MDF, and acrylic, multiple passes are needed to achieve the desired cut. Smaller power spindles excel in detailed engraving work.

(3) Cooling System: This machine incorporates a highly efficient water-cooled spindle. We can also produce machines with air-cooled spindles. (4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, coupled with a TBI ball screw.
(5) Customization Options: We can produce wood CNC routers with various configurations: 1 spindle with 2/3/4/6 heads, or multiple spindles such as 2 spindles with 2 heads or 3-4 spindles.
(5) To clarify, 1 spindle with multiple heads means that one cooling spindle controls several heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. In contrast, configurations like 12 spindles with 2 heads each have individual spindle control, offering higher speed and efficiency, albeit at a higher cost.
