(1) The working size of this wood CNC router is: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table, equipped with a 3 kW water-cooled spindle power, utilizing the vacuum pump to secure the mold firmly on the table , offering convenience for users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and commence operation. However, please note it cannot absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production needs, significantly improving efficiency and saving both time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine to have water-cooled spindle power with 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, tailored to customer requests. A 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave on wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, please select a 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, opt for a 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle power (for single-pass cutting). Higher power allows thicker wood, MDF, and other materials to be cut.
1.5 kW / 2.2 kW spindles are mainly used for engraving work. They can also cut wood/MDF/acrylic, but require multiple passes to cut through. Smaller power spindles are primarily for engraving tasks.

(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We also offer the option to equip the machine with an air-cooled spindle. In contrast, 12 spindle 2 heads mean each spindle controls each head individually, offering higher speed and efficiency but at a higher cost compared to 1 spindle controlling multiple heads.
