1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router has a large working area of: 1300x2500x200mm , featuring a vacuum table and a powerful 3 kW water-cooled spindle, which uses a vacuum pump to securely hold the workpiece on the table. This innovative design eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place your workpiece on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and you're ready to work. However, it may not hold irregular or uneven 3D embossed molds effectively. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for high-volume production, significantly enhancing efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile CNC routers.
We offer customization with water-cooled spindle powers of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, tailored to customer specifications. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and various other materials. For cutting 30mm thick wood or MDF, a 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle is recommended. Alternatively, for cutting 40mm thick wood or MDF in a single pass, opt for a 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. Greater power allows for cutting thicker materials effortlessly.
The 1.5 kW / 2.2 kW spindle is predominantly used for engraving tasks but can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes. Smaller power options are especially suited for detailed engraving work.

(3) This machine's cooling method is: water cooling spindle. Additionally, we can produce machines equipped with air-cooled spindles. (4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with a TBI ball screw.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with configurations such as 1 spindle 2 heads, 3 heads, 6 heads, or even single spindle, dual spindle, and multi-spindle options depending on your needs.
(5) You may wonder about the meaning of 1 spindle with multiple heads. This configuration allows 1 water/air-cooled spindle to control multiple heads, enhancing the efficiency of engraving and cutting. In contrast, 12 spindles with 2 heads means one spindle controls each head, resulting in faster operation and higher efficiency but at a higher cost compared to single spindle multi-head routers.
