1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router features a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm , equipped with a vacuum table and a 3 kW water-cooled spindle motor. The vacuum pump efficiently holds the mold on the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and begin work. Note: It may not hold irregular or uneven molds and 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with large volume productions, significantly improving efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We offer water-cooled spindle motors with power options of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, customized to customer requests. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, opt for the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle motor. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood/MDF, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle motor for a single-pass cut. Higher power allows for cutting thicker materials.
1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are primarily used for engraving but can cut wood/MDF and acrylic with multiple passes. Smaller power is mainly for engraving tasks.
(2) The aluminum profile wood working machine can handle 3D embossments and irregular, uneven molds.
(3) This machine uses a: water-cooled spindle, but we can also produce machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify your cooling power requirements, or provide your exact needs so our engineers can recommend the best option.
(4) This wood CNC router uses Taiwan HIWIN genuine linear guide rails for high precision and TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6), or with multiple spindles (1 spindle with 1 head, 2 spindles with 2 heads, and more).
(5) You might wonder what 1 spindle with many heads means. It means one water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing efficiency in engraving and cutting. However, with 12 spindles controlling 2 heads, each head is controlled by its spindle, resulting in higher speed and efficiency, but at a higher cost compared to 1 spindle with multiple heads.
