1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router boasts an impressive working size of: 1300x2500x200mm, featuring a vacuum table with a 3 kW water-cooled spindle power, utilizing a vacuum pump to secure the material on the table. This convenience eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the material on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it is not suitable for absorbing irregular or uneven materials, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with high production volumes, significantly improving efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindles ranging from 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or even higher, depending on customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving on materials such as wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metals. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend a 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle power. For cutting: 40mm thick wood or MDF in a single pass, opt for a 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. The higher the spindle power, the thicker the material it can cut.
Spindles with 1.5 kW or 2.2 kW are primarily used for engraving but can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes. Smaller powers are mainly for engraving tasks.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine can handle 3D embossments and irregular, uneven materials.
(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We can also produce machines with air-cooled spindles. When selecting your machine, please specify your preferred cooling type or share your exact requirements, and our engineers will guide you.
(4) This CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.

(5) You might wonder what 1 spindle with multiple heads means. One water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing the efficiency of engraving and cutting. However, models with multiple spindles (e.g., 1 spindle with 2 heads) offer higher speed and efficiency but are more expensive. So, while the multi-head spindle model is cost-effective, the multi-spindle model offers superior performance.
