1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router working size is: 1300x2500x200mm , equipped with a vacuum table and powered by a robust 3kW water-cooled spindle, using a vacuum pump to firmly secure the mold on the table. This design offers convenience for wood CNC router users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, switch on the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it is important to note that this system may not absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table CNC router is ideal for users with high-volume production needs, enhancing both efficiency and productivity, saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile CNC routers.
We can customize the machine with water-cooled spindle powers ranging from 4.5kW to 7.5kW or even higher, based on customer requests. The 3kW water-cooled spindle is capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm thick wood or MDF, we recommend choosing the 4.5kW water-cooled spindle power. If you require cutting: 40mm thick wood/MDF, please select the 5.5kW water-cooled spindle power for single-pass cutting. Higher power allows cutting thicker materials like wood and MDF more efficiently.
The 1.5kW and 2.2kW spindles are primarily used for engraving but can also cut wood, MDF, and acrylic. Multiple passes may be required for cutting. Smaller spindles are optimal for detailed engraving tasks.

(5) You might wonder about the concept of 1 spindle controlling multiple heads. This means 1 water/air-cooled spindle can control several heads, enhancing the efficiency of engraving and cutting. However, having 1 spindle per head (e.g., 2 spindles with 2 heads) offers even greater speed and efficiency, though at a higher cost. The performance and efficiency are superior with individual spindle control per head, although it is more expensive than the 1 spindle with multiple heads configuration.
