1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router boasts a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm It features a vacuum table with a powerful 3 kW water cooling spindle, utilizing a vacuum pump to secure the mould on the table. This innovative design makes it convenient for users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mould on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and you're ready to go. However, please note it may not be suitable for irregular or uneven moulds, such as 3D embossments. Ideal for large volume production, this vacuum table CNC router enhances efficiency and saves both time and labor compared to aluminium profile routers.
We can customize the machine with water cooling spindle power options ranging from 4.5 kW to 7.5 kW or higher, based on the customer's requirements. The 3 kW water cooling spindle is versatile, capable of cutting and engraving wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and various other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm thick wood or MDF, select the 4.5 kW water cooling spindle power. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, opt for the 5.5 kW spindle power (for one-pass cutting). Higher power allows for cutting thicker materials with ease.
The 1.5 kW/2.2 kW spindle is primarily used for engraving but can also cut wood/MDF/acrylic with multiple passes. Smaller power spindles are ideal for detailed engraving tasks.

(3) This machine utilizes a: water cooling spindle. We can also produce machines with air cooling spindles. When selecting your machine, please inform us of your preferred cooling type, or provide your specific requirements so our engineers can assist you in making the best choice.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails, ensuring high precision, along with TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with configurations such as 1 spindle with multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6), or multiple spindles (1 spindle with 1 head, 2 spindles with 2 heads, etc.).
(5) If you are wondering about the 1 spindle with many heads, it means one cooling spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. In contrast, 2 spindles with 2 heads mean each spindle controls one head, offering higher speed and efficiency than a single spindle controlling multiple heads, though with a higher cost.
