1. Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router features a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm and comes equipped with a vacuum table and a robust 3 kW water cooling spindle. The vacuum pump efficiently absorbs the mold on the table, eliminating the need for material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. Note: It may not absorb irregular or uneven molds, such as 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for users with large volume production, significantly improving efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We offer machines with water cooling spindle power options of 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, customizable to meet customer requirements. A 3 kW water cooling spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, select the 4.5 kW water cooling spindle. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF in a single pass, choose the 5.5 kW water cooling spindle. Higher power spindles allow for cutting thicker materials.
1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindles are primarily used for engraving but can cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes.

(3) This machine utilizes a water cooling spindle. Additionally, we can produce machines with air cooling spindles. When selecting a machine, please specify your cooling power preference or provide your exact requirements, and our engineers will assist you in choosing the best option.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails for high precision and TBI ball screws.
(5) We can produce wood CNC routers with various configurations: 1 spindle with 2, 3, 4, or 6 heads, or multiple spindles with corresponding heads.
(5) You might wonder about the meaning of 1 spindle with many heads. It means one water or air cooling spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing engraving and cutting efficiency. Conversely, 2 heads with 1 spindle each offer higher speed and efficiency but are more expensive. Thus, the working speed and efficiency of separate spindles are higher than that of a single spindle controlling multiple heads, though the latter is more cost-effective.
