1.Wood CNC Router
(1) This wood CNC router offers a working size of: 1300x2500x200mm and features a vacuum table with a 3 kW water-cooled spindle power. It employs a vacuum pump to securely hold the mould on the table , offering convenience to wood CNC router users as it eliminates the need for material holders. Simply place the mould on the table, switch on the vacuum pump, and start working. Note that it may not absorb irregular or uneven moulds and 3D embossments. This vacuum table wood CNC router is ideal for large-volume productions, enhancing efficiency and saving time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We can customize the machine's water-cooled spindle power to 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or higher, based on customer requirements. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metals and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, opt for the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle power. If you need to cut 40mm thick wood or MDF in one pass, choose the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. The higher the power, the thicker the material that can be cut.
The 1.5 kW / 2.2 kW spindle is mainly used for engraving, but it can also cut wood and MDF acrylic with multiple passes.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine can handle 3D embossments and irregular, uneven moulds.
(3) This machine features a water-cooled spindle. We can also provide the machine with an air-cooled spindle. When selecting your machine, please let us know your cooling power preference or specific requirements so our engineers can assist you.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails for high precision and TBI ball screws.
(5) We can manufacture wood CNC routers with 1 spindle and multiple heads (2, 3, 4, or 6 heads), as well as configurations with 1 spindle per head, 2 spindles per head, and more.
(5) If you're wondering about the 1 spindle with multiple heads, this means 1 water/air-cooled spindle controls multiple heads, enhancing the efficiency of engraving and cutting. However, 1 spindle per head achieves higher speed and efficiency but is more expensive. compared to 1 spindle controlling multiple heads.
